According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2016, the number of births for Pennsylvania was 140,389. Philadelphia County had the highest number of births (21,703), followed by Allegheny County (13,316), and Montgomery County (8,864) On the other hand, Forest County had the lowest number of births (22), followed by Cameron County (41), and Sullivan County (45).
