According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2017, the number of births for Wisconsin was 65,869. Milwaukee County had the highest number of births (13,506), followed by Dane County (5,984), and Waukesha County (3,920) On the other hand, Iron County had the lowest number of births (35), followed by Florence County (35), and Pepin County (84).
