Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, the Asian Alone population in Connecticut was 184,870 and represented 5.10% of the total Connecticut population (3,623,355).

Among Connecticut counties, Capitol Planning Region had the highest number of people who identified as Asian Alone (60,914), followed by Western Connecticut Planning Region (36,304), and South Central Connecticut Planning Region (25,894). Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region had the lowest (1,538).
