Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, the White Alone population in Delaware was 681,366 and represented 68.70% of the total Delaware population (991,862).

Among Delaware counties, New Castle County had the highest number of people who identified as White Alone (364,896), followed by Sussex County (197,969), and Kent County (118,501).
