Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, the White Alone population in Idaho was 1,816,589 and represented 92.46% of the total Idaho population (1,964,726).

Among Idaho counties, Ada County had the highest number of people who identified as White Alone (478,380), followed by Canyon County (238,216), and Kootenai County (173,767). Clark County had the lowest (714).
