Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, the White Alone population in Indiana was 5,654,473 and represented 86.47% of the total Indiana population (6,538,989).

Among Indiana counties, Marion County had the highest number of people who identified as White Alone (614,532), followed by Lake County (348,215), and Allen County (294,195). Ohio County had the lowest (5,956).
