Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, the White Alone population in Maryland was 3,584,810 and represented 58.07% of the total Maryland population (6,173,689).

Among Maryland counties, Montgomery County had the highest number of people who identified as White Alone (629,760), followed by Baltimore County (506,041), and Anne Arundel County (428,388). Somerset County had the lowest (13,528).
