Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the Asian Alone population in Minnesota was 289,848 and represented 5.17% of the total Minnesota population (5,608,762).

Among Minnesota counties, Hennepin County had the highest number of people who identified as Asian Alone (95,305), followed by Ramsey County (84,652), and Dakota County (22,210). Mahnomen County had the lowest (8).
