Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, the White Alone population in Oregon was 3,608,397 and represented 87.01% of the total Oregon population (4,147,294).

Among Oregon counties, Multnomah County had the highest number of people who identified as White Alone (642,242), followed by Washington County (475,460), and Clackamas County (369,197). Wheeler County had the lowest (1,249).
