Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the White Alone population in Washington was 5,647,201 and represented 81.07% of the total Washington population (6,966,252).

Among Washington counties, King County had the highest number of people who identified as White Alone (1,443,868), followed by Pierce County (628,785), and Snohomish County (600,189). Garfield County had the lowest (2,140).
