According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 20,540 people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Nevada, which was 0.66% of the total Nevada population.

Clark County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (15,248), followed by Washoe County (3,224), and Elko County (471). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone were: Eureka County (1), Lincoln County (3), and Storey County (7).
