According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 1,475,436 people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in the United States, which was 0.45% of the total US population. This number is the population from the 50 states and the District of Columbia.

California had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (474,931), followed by Texas (193,523), and New York (94,782). On the other hand, the three states with low number of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone were: Vermont (303), West Virginia (519), and Maine (592).
