According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 20,901 people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Oklahoma, which was 0.53% of the total Oklahoma population.

Oklahoma County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (5,041), followed by Tulsa County (3,435), and Cleveland County (1,141). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone were: Grant County (1), Alfalfa County (1), and Harmon County (4).
