According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 474,931 people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in California, which was 1.20% of the total California population.

Los Angeles County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (145,011), followed by San Bernardino County (33,251), and Orange County (33,024). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone were: Sierra County (6), Trinity County (21), and Alpine County (22).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identify as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, Madera County had the highest percentage (3.80%), followed by Monterey County (2.61%), and Merced County (2.26%).
