According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 2,737 people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Alaska, which was 0.37% of the total Alaska population.

Anchorage Municipality had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (1,181), followed by Matanuska-Susitna Borough (313), and Fairbanks North Star Borough (256). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone were: Kusilvak Census Area (0), Lake and Peninsula Borough (1), and Denali Borough (2).
