According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 21,601 people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone in Ohio, which was 0.18% of the total Ohio population.

Cuyahoga County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (5,726), followed by Franklin County (3,695), and Lorain County (1,883). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone were: Pike County (0), Perry County (0), and Monroe County (0).
