According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 54,191 people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone in Pennsylvania, which was 0.42% of the total Pennsylvania population.

Philadelphia County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (16,627), followed by Lehigh County (4,639), and Berks County (3,905). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone were: Potter County (0), Forest County (2), and Huntingdon County (4).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identify as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone, Lehigh County had the highest percentage (1.24%), followed by Monroe County (1.23%), and Philadelphia County (1.04%).
