According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 81,711 people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone in Kentucky, which was 1.81% of the total Kentucky population.

Jefferson County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone (23,081), followed by Fayette County (15,065), and Warren County (4,526). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone were: Ballard County (0), Owsley County (1), and Robertson County (3).
