According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 49,686 people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone in Mississippi, which was 1.68% of the total Mississippi population.

DeSoto County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone (5,392), followed by Harrison County (5,281), and Jackson County (4,365). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone were: Wilkinson County (3), Quitman County (4), and Jefferson County (4).
