According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 105,565 people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone in Missouri, which was 1.72% of the total Missouri population.

Jackson County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone (33,135), followed by St. Louis County (11,426), and Jasper County (6,317).
