According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 303,068 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as hispanic or latino in Missouri, which was 4.92% of the total population of Missouri.

Jackson County had the highest number of of people who identified as hispanic or latino (77,785), followed by St. Louis County (37,178), and Clay County (18,850). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as hispanic or latino were: Knox County (23), Worth County (25), and Scotland County (35).
