According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 94,092 people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone in Maryland, which was 1.52% of the total Maryland population.

Montgomery County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone (26,803), followed by Prince George's County (15,803), and Anne Arundel County (9,741). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone were: Garrett County (119), Somerset County (190), and Kent County (190).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identify as Hispanic - White Alone, Montgomery County had the highest percentage (2.52%), followed by Frederick County (2.15%), and Anne Arundel County (1.66%).
