According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 147,140 people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone in Massachusetts, which was 2.09% of the total Massachusetts population.

Middlesex County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone (26,526), followed by Hampden County (23,893), and Worcester County (23,033). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone were: Dukes County (91), Nantucket County (270), and Franklin County (934).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identify as Hispanic - White Alone, Hampden County had the highest percentage (5.13%), followed by Suffolk County (2.83%), and Essex County (2.70%).
