According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 76,428 people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone in Missouri, which was 1.24% of the total Missouri population.

Jackson County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone (16,278), followed by St. Louis County (7,580), and Clay County (5,432). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone were: Knox County (0), Worth County (10), and Mercer County (12).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identify as Hispanic - White Alone, Pulaski County had the highest percentage (4.98%), followed by Sullivan County (2.88%), and Jackson County (2.27%).
