According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 33,768 people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Colorado, which was 0.59% of the total Colorado population.

El Paso County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (3,816), followed by Denver County (3,740), and Montezuma County (3,166).
