According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 311,890 people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Oklahoma, which was 7.88% of the total Oklahoma population.

Tulsa County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (36,612), followed by Oklahoma County (22,034), and Cherokee County (15,745). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone were: Cimarron County (4), Harper County (24), and Beaver County (29).
