According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 73,843 people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone in Kentucky, which was 1.64% of the total Kentucky population.

Jefferson County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone (26,944), followed by Fayette County (13,374), and Warren County (7,295). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone were: Lee County (0), Owsley County (1), and Menifee County (2).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identify as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone, Warren County had the highest percentage (5.42%), followed by Fayette County (4.15%), and Jefferson County (3.44%).
