According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 417,962 people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone in Maryland, which was 6.77% of the total Maryland population.

Montgomery County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone (162,472), followed by Howard County (66,073), and Baltimore County (54,701). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone were: Garrett County (82), Somerset County (250), and Kent County (250).
