According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 504,900 people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone in Massachusetts, which was 7.18% of the total Massachusetts population.

Middlesex County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone (209,632), followed by Norfolk County (88,240), and Suffolk County (80,607). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone were: Dukes County (184), Nantucket County (263), and Franklin County (1,186).
