According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 297,460 people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone in Minnesota, which was 5.21% of the total Minnesota population.

Hennepin County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone (97,348), followed by Ramsey County (85,775), and Dakota County (23,932). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone were: Traverse County (0), Red Lake County (5), and Mahnomen County (7).
