According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 345,640 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as hispanic or latino in Minnesota, which was 6.06% of the total population of Minnesota.

Hennepin County had the highest number of of people who identified as hispanic or latino (98,250), followed by Ramsey County (45,034), and Dakota County (36,305). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as hispanic or latino were: Lake of the Woods County (56), Kittson County (83), and Clearwater County (101).
