According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 94,405 people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone in Nebraska, which was 4.81% of the total Nebraska population.

Douglas County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (63,706), followed by Lancaster County (13,369), and Sarpy County (7,232).
