Middlesex County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone (1,085,919), followed by Worcester County (611,207), and Essex County (536,424). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone were: Nantucket County (9,889), Dukes County (16,230), and Franklin County (61,464).
