According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 4,748,897 people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone in Massachusetts, which was 67.55% of the total Massachusetts population.

Middlesex County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone (1,085,919), followed by Worcester County (611,207), and Essex County (536,424). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone were: Nantucket County (9,889), Dukes County (16,230), and Franklin County (61,464).
