According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 4,918,820 people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone in Washington, which was 63.84% of the total Washington population.

King County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone (1,230,588), followed by Pierce County (569,815), and Snohomish County (528,415). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone were: Garfield County (2,055), Columbia County (3,347), and Wahkiakum County (3,817).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identify as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, Garfield County had the highest percentage (89.90%), followed by Lincoln County (88.05%), and Asotin County (87.38%).
