According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 1,059,213 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as hispanic or latino in Washington, which was 13.75% of the total population of Washington.

King County had the highest number of of people who identified as hispanic or latino (243,021), followed by Yakima County (130,049), and Pierce County (111,811). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as hispanic or latino were: Garfield County (110), Wahkiakum County (183), and Ferry County (210).
