According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 149,054 people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone in Hawaii, which was 10.24% of the total Hawaii population.

Honolulu County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone (97,063), followed by Hawaii County (26,185), and Maui County (18,966). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone were: Kalawao County (15), Kauai County (6,825), and Maui County (18,966).
