According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Wisconsin was 7,832; and represented 0.17% of the total Wisconsin voting-age population.

Milwaukee County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (2,508), followed by Dane County (801), and Brown County (690).
