According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone in North Carolina was 376,263; and represented 4.61% of the total North Carolina voting-age population.

Mecklenburg County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone (60,488), followed by Wake County (41,042), and Durham County (19,638). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone voting-age population were: Gates County (41), Camden County (49), and Graham County (61).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's voting-age population that identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone, Duplin County had the highest percentage (12.03%), followed by Sampson County (11.70%), and Lee County (9.48%).
