According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone in South Carolina was 106,090; and represented 2.64% of the total South Carolina voting-age population.

Greenville County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone (19,275), followed by Charleston County (9,625), and Spartanburg County (9,201). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone voting-age population were: McCormick County (27), Bamberg County (43), and Union County (80).
