According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone in Iowa was 32,872; and represented 1.34% of the total Iowa voting-age population.

Polk County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone (6,791), followed by Scott County (2,525), and Woodbury County (2,517). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - White Alone voting-age population were: Adams County (1), Ringgold County (9), and Wayne County (14).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's voting-age population that identified as Hispanic - White Alone, Buena Vista County had the highest percentage (4.77%), followed by Marshall County (3.81%), and Muscatine County (3.44%).
