According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people of all racial backgrounds in Iowa who identified as hispanic or latino was 134,104; and represented 5.47% of the total Iowa voting-age population.

Polk County had the highest hispanic or latino voting-age population (29,626), followed by Woodbury County (11,398), and Scott County (7,562). On the other hand, the three counties with low hispanic or latino voting-age population were: Adams County (21), Wayne County (28), and Ringgold County (38).
