According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone in Massachusetts was 97,026; and represented 1.71% of the total Massachusetts voting-age population.

Middlesex County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone (18,240), followed by Suffolk County (16,451), and Hampden County (15,368). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - White Alone voting-age population were: Dukes County (63), Nantucket County (184), and Franklin County (575).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's voting-age population that identified as Hispanic - White Alone, Hampden County had the highest percentage (4.18%), followed by Suffolk County (2.45%), and Worcester County (2.14%).
