According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people of all racial backgrounds in Massachusetts who identified as hispanic or latino was 621,508; and represented 10.97% of the total Massachusetts voting-age population.
Suffolk County had the highest hispanic or latino voting-age population (132,227), followed by Essex County (127,013), and Middlesex County (102,423). On the other hand, the three counties with low hispanic or latino voting-age population were: Dukes County (385), Nantucket County (1,677), and Franklin County (2,326).
