According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone in North Carolina was 110,504; and represented 1.36% of the total North Carolina voting-age population.

Mecklenburg County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone (14,716), followed by Wake County (12,107), and Cumberland County (6,025). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - White Alone voting-age population were: Tyrrell County (8), Hyde County (13), and Graham County (17).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's voting-age population that identified as Hispanic - White Alone, Hertford County had the highest percentage (4.97%), followed by Onslow County (3.23%), and Lee County (2.73%).
