According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone in Pennsylvania was 127,421; and represented 1.23% of the total Pennsylvania voting-age population.

Philadelphia County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone (22,824), followed by Berks County (10,726), and Lehigh County (10,253). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - White Alone voting-age population were: Cameron County (10), Forest County (11), and Sullivan County (19).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's voting-age population that identified as Hispanic - White Alone, Lehigh County had the highest percentage (3.51%), followed by Berks County (3.22%), and Monroe County (3.07%).
