According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people of all racial backgrounds in Pennsylvania who identified as hispanic or latino was 704,258; and represented 6.80% of the total Pennsylvania voting-age population.

Philadelphia County had the highest hispanic or latino voting-age population (167,538), followed by Lehigh County (65,250), and Berks County (65,244). On the other hand, the three counties with low hispanic or latino voting-age population were: Cameron County (49), Sullivan County (72), and Fulton County (81).
