According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Indiana was 10,490; and represented 0.20% of the total Indiana voting-age population.

Marion County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (1,424), followed by Allen County (700), and St. Joseph County (600). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Ohio County (4), Warren County (5), and Union County (11).
