According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in the United States was 1,661,593; and represented 0.64% of the total US voting-age population. This number is the population from the 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population (219,638), followed by Arizona (189,473), and New Mexico (137,360). On the other hand, the three states with low Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: District of Columbia (1,063), Vermont (1,632), and New Hampshire (1,930).
