According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Iowa was 6,662; and represented 0.27% of the total Iowa voting-age population.

Woodbury County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (1,261), followed by Polk County (852), and Tama County (823).
