According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Wisconsin was 35,459; and represented 0.77% of the total Wisconsin voting-age population.

Brown County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (4,595), followed by Milwaukee County (3,065), and Shawano County (2,332). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Lafayette County (11), Iowa County (21), and Florence County (22).
